🛍️ Making & Processing Time
All our products are handmade with care. Because each piece is made by hand, preparing your order may take some time.
Our usual making and processing time is 4–6 weeks, unless a different timeframe is mentioned on the individual product page.
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your handmade products. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
We’ll always do our best to complete and ship your order as soon as possible. ❤️
📦 Shipping
Once your order is ready, it will be packed carefully and handed over to our delivery partner.
After the package has been picked up by the delivery agent, the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier. While we’ll always do our best to help if an issue occurs, delays or other problems caused by the courier may sometimes be outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided during checkout.
If you haven’t received your tracking details after the expected processing time, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help. 💌
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handmade specifically for our customers, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.
However, if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive the wrong product,
please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and help you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
🎥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
For damage or incorrect-item claims, the unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please also include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label along with your order details.
Without proper unboxing proof, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges may vary depending on your delivery location, order size, weight, or shipping method.
📍 Address Changes
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to make an address correction after placing your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible once your order has entered the making, packing, or shipping process.

Every SoulfulInsaan product is made by hand, which means small variations in shape, texture, colour, finish, or tiny handmade details may occur.
These little differences are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
We carefully check every order before shipping and do our best to make sure your little piece reaches you safely. ❤️
