Every product in the SoulfulInsaan store is handmade with care.
Our collection includes keychains, stickers, bookmarks, worry stones, phone accessories, and other little things made for you to enjoy and keep close.
Because each piece is handmade, no two items will be exactly alike. Small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
🎨 Handmade Products
Since every product is handmade, you may notice small variations or imperfections such as tiny differences in shape, texture, color, finish, or minor marks.
These may include tiny dents, small specks, slight variations in placement, or other minor handmade details.
These are not considered defects and are a natural part of handmade products.
We carefully make and check every item before sending it to you, and we always try our best to make each piece as beautiful as possible.
⏳ Making & Processing Time
Because every product is handmade, your order may require some time to be prepared.
Our usual making and processing time is 4–6 weeks, unless a different timeframe is mentioned on the individual product page.
We always try to complete and ship orders as soon as possible, but handmade products cannot always be prepared as quickly as mass-produced items.
Please consider the making time before placing your order.
📦 Orders
Please carefully check your product selection, quantity, variant, shipping address, and contact information before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible because we may begin preparing your handmade products soon after receiving the order.
🚚 Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, courier service, holidays, weather, and other circumstances.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control may occur.
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
🎨 Product Appearance
We make every effort to photograph and display our products as accurately as possible.
However, the actual product may look slightly different from the images on your screen due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of each piece.
Colors, textures, and small details may vary slightly from one piece to another.
💌 Custom Requests
If a product has customization options, the available options will be mentioned on the product page.
If you have a small custom request, you can contact us before placing your order to see whether it is possible.
We cannot guarantee that every custom request will be possible, especially if it requires a major change to the original design.
