Welcome to SoulfulInsaan. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Our Products

All products sold by SoulfulInsaan are handmade, designed, or carefully curated by us.

Due to the handmade nature of our creations, slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, and finish may occur. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Product photos are provided for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade process.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Production begins once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Our current creation time is approximately 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During busy seasons, launches, or special collections, processing times may be extended.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after production has begun.

Please ensure all order details, including shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payment must be completed in full before an order enters production or shipping.

SoulfulInsaan reserves the right to update pricing, promotions, and product availability without prior notice.

5. Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and cover packaging and courier costs.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

While we will gladly assist whenever possible, SoulfulInsaan cannot guarantee courier delivery times.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

SoulfulInsaan is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address change requests must be submitted via email before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor handmade variations
• Courier-related delays

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

• The product arrives damaged, or
• An incorrect item has been delivered.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:

• A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video
• Evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

9. Product Care

Cold porcelain clay creations are handmade decorative items and should be handled with care.

Products should be protected from excessive moisture, impact, pressure, and rough handling.

Damage caused after delivery is not eligible for replacement or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, product concepts, photographs, logos, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of SoulfulInsaan.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SoulfulInsaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, purchase, or delivery of products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
